nonesensedSnowflake Challenge #7: Create a list of at least three things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a wishlist of sorts.
While I wouldn't say I've been afraid to ask for any of these, I still thought I'd make myself a little wishlist, since tomorrow is my birthday and all 😆 This will also double as a rec list of cool things 💖
1) Recommendations for AMVs, fanvids and animatics! Fandom doesn't really matter, but if it's in a fandom I'm familiar with that's a bonus 💖 I used to be really good at finding videos like this, but with how algorithm-broken the internet is, it's getting harder and harder to find new ones. Here's a link to awesome animations (fandom and non-fandom) I've found and an AMV/MEPs list, though my categorizing is a little wishy-washy and mixed 😅 Also, fandoms I'm more active in get their own playlists, like Critical Role and The Magnus Archives, with a mess of both animatics, interviews and other things related to the fandom.
2) Recommendations of "fake" video games! Aka people who make fake screenshots, manuals and such things for games that don't actually exist and aren't planned to exist either. I've been vaguely aware of and interested in such things for years, but this Supereyepatchwolf video on the subject really got me hooked. I'm even making a few of my own together with my sister and a friend, and I'm always happy to find more!
3) Recommend me artists you love! The internet is so vast and the algorithms so broken that I have a harder and harder time finding new artists to follow. Here are links to some of my favorite artist, as examples:
