Starting to realize that my burnout has damaged my ability to manage my workload. Apparently broke it during my last employment. I sort of knew this, but it's gotten to the point where I've internalized this knowledge. I think up until now I subconsciously thought I would get better as soon as I got a new job, which I knew isn't logical, but emotions and hope rarely are. It's been more than a year and while I'm better I'm definitely not at a 100%.

Soooo...yeah, I need to like, cut all my plans in half, because I can't trust myself to give myself survivable goals this year. Hoping to keep getting better, but I'm not there yet.

That said, here's what I'm looking to do this week!
