I took advice from a friend and focused on writing for fun so I could write more; 'lo and behold it's actually worked! I got to update my writing projects post today because I both named and 'published' a story in my new short story want-to-be-a-collection Once a Bard and His Friends Took a Train :D
The story itself is called Introductions Without Names and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out :) Hoping to get the time to write more about the cast of that setting eventually, but first I will finish A Werewolf in October, I swear it to myself! XD
Btw, I have all the respect in the world for people who write to publish. It is insanely hard work and those who can do it - especially those who're also doing other jobs alongside the writing - are incredible! So me going "Ah, I'll just write for fun" is by no means meant as disrespect to people who're actual authors; I'm more what that person who bakes at home for fun and then gives cookies to her friends is to professional bakery owners <3
