Had a very successful writing weekend! I've made fun progress with figuring out how writing works best for me, in the following ways:
Also, I finally got that trope meme done! The one that's been going around Dreamwidth and the rest of the internet for like a year by now 😅 ( Trope meme time under this cut! )
- I'm allowing myself to brainstorm and plot more before I start writing. It's been very freeing! Plus it saves me muscle pain, since I note down plot ideas in notebooks. Less time writing on my laptop = less muscle aches in my back 😅
- My line-editing has moved over that "it needs to be PERFECT!" bump and headed toward "let's just deal with the sentences that are awkward and/or make no sense and leave the rest as is", saving me a lot of time and energy.
- Found a new writing tip channel! See video below for one of my favorite videos of theirs.
