Oooookay. Don't want to go in to details, because it's really not my story to tell, but I've just had the craziest week of my life, and not in a fun way.
I had a lot of free time coming up; a lot of time for buying gifts, writing, D&D, and so on. Aaaaand then One Awful Person did A Lot Of Awful Things, and I had to help a friend out instead. NOT complaining about that, that's what friends do, I'm just fucking enraged by what they've had to go through!!
Still, a lot of good things have happened and it's been proven to me beyond the shadow of a doubt that I have a huge network of great friends to rely on when things go straight to hell <3<3<3 Not that I doubted them to begin with, but it's nonetheless eye-opening to have that trust proven to be well-placed when things go Utterly Fucked-Up.
Things aren't back to normal just yet, but they have turned out as well as they can under the circumstances. Basically, I have the best friends and I'm looking forward to getting to use my remaining vacation to write, plot D&D, play video games, possibly play some D&D, watch neat movies (just saw Encanto with the family, it was super cute!) and hang out with my sister, parents & cat.
