Damn, why do I always forget how much better I feel once I've gone for a run? My runner's high is a kinda mild thing, but afterward I have soooo much more energy to do stuff.
Really wish my favorite hobbies were ones that required movement. But nope, just have to love reading, video games, writing and roleplaying *sigh* Oh well, just need to force myself out - because I get much more done that I like to do once I've gotten some exercise done.
This said, hopefully I'll get back into poledancing thisMars March, wohoo!

It's about 70/30 for me if I feel good after running/sports or just exhausted, and that 30% is a very annoying deterrent. Maybe it'll get better if I do more, but, uh, first I need to find the motivation for that.

Yeah, exercise isn't 100% always a rush for me either, but I've started figuring out how to avoid the bad work-out sessions. For me it works best if I run either the first thing in the morning, before breakfast, or right before dinner. Being just a tiny bit hungry means I won't be getting any running-nausea, which I'm otherwise quite prone to. Also, I can't have a time limit on my running or I get stressed and that worsens my asthma = running without enough oxygen is The Worst.
It really sucks when you've finally managed to get out of the house and exercise only to feel like crap afterward :/ Hope you figure out how to avoid your bad-exercise trips too!
